What is the return policy?
We hope that you love your purchase from Cadeaux, but if you wish to return your goods for a refund you may do so subject to the following policy.
Goods may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items must be new, unused, and with all original labels attached. We cannot accept goods that show signs of use or are damaged.
Sale items, gift cards, earrings, and cosmetics cannot be returned.
Due to hygiene regulations,earrings can only be returned if faulty. Faulty earrings will be replaced with the same style, or if sold out, a pair from the same brand.
Cosmetics cannot be returned if opened or used. For adverse reactions, please contact the brand directly with the product serial number and photos of the reaction.
Products purchased from The Collective and The Edit cannot be returned or exchanged to Cadeaux, as the businesses operate separately.
This policy in no way affects your statutory consumer rights.
Can I exchange my item for something different?
Exchanges are accepted in store within 14 days, for items that are new, unused, and with all original labels attached, with proof of purchase.
Exchanges for damaged, defective, incorrect, or faulty items after 14 days will be replaced like for like if available or exchanged for a similar product from the same brand. If the replacement is higher in value, the customer is responsible for the difference.
What are the Credit note terms & conditions?
1. Usage Credit notes can only be redeemed on purchases made in the Edit Store.
They cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
2. Validity Period Credit notes are valid for 1 month from the date of issue and must be used before the expiration date.
3. Non-Transferable Credit notes are issued to the original recipient and are non-transferable.
4. Partial Use If the value of the credit note exceeds the total of your purchase, the remaining balance will be available for future use within the validity period.
If the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the credit note, the balance must be paid using another payment method.
5. Lost or Stolen Credit Notes Credit notes are treated as cash. If lost or stolen, they cannot be reissued.
6. Returns of Items Purchased with a Credit Note Items purchased using a credit note are eligible for an exchange or another credit note, as per our return policy. Refunds will not be provided.
7. Exclusions Credit notes cannot be applied to sale items, gift cards, or special promotions unless otherwise specified.
8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
By using a credit note you accept these terms and conditions.
What are my Gift Card Terms & Conditions?
1. Usage
Gift vouchers can be redeemed for goods or services sold by Cadeaux Caversham Ltd.
Vouchers can be used in-store & online.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded or be used to buy a gift voucher.
Vouchers that are altered, copied, or tampered with in any way will be deemed void.
2. Validity Period
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the voucher. After this date, any remaining balance will be forfeited.
3. Partial Use
No change will be given for purchases made below the value of the voucher. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases until the expiry date.
4. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Cadeaux is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
5. Returns of items purchased with a gift card
Items purchased with a gift voucher are eligible for exchange or store credit only, not cash refunds.
6. Exclusions
Items purchased with a Gift Voucher are subject to our usual return’s policy. Sale items are non returnable. Some products such as earrings are non returnable for hygiene reasons.
7. Changes to Terms
Cadeaux reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
